What systems are in place to help children with learning difficulties?

There are a range of programmes available if a child is identified as having learning difficulties.  These include Buddy Reading and Writing, Reading Mileage, Radical Readers Club, Rainbow Reading, cross grouping, small group support, and Reading Recovery.  If more support is needed, our SENCO, (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator) becomes involved and with your permission contacts the appropriate agencies.
